A Symphony of Flavours

Boasting an impressive 41% content of succulent salmon, delicate white fish and richly smoked fish, we've partnered again with fishmonger James Knight of Mayfair. James Knight is renowned for sourcing only the highest quality seafood. Adding to this treasure trove of fish are a splash of our own recipe stock and a generous wave of juicy prawns. Each bite strikes a perfect balance of textures and flavours that will have you clam-ouring for more.

Creamy Dreamy Goodness

The pie’s deliciously creamy sauce is made with organic milk and cream from the local Goodwood Estate and is infused with a gentle blend of aromatic chives, tarragon and parsley. Chives are more subtle than some of its family members – and add a touch of colour to sauce! Tarragon, which is so popular in French cooking lifts the sauce subtly, while parsley adds a hint of bitterness and flecks of colour to balance the richer flavours. Combined, they make a silky sauce that perfectly complements the fish and prawns. Topping it all off is a layer of smooth, buttery mashed potatoes, enriched with the finest local free-range egg yolks for extra richness and depth of flavour. It's a reel catch!

Our Luxury Fish Pie is perfect for a quick and indulgent gourmet dinner. Whether you cook it in the microwave or the oven is completely up to you. We’ve got a variety of side dishes to choose from too, although we particularly like this pie with lightly cooked peas or tenderstem broccoli.
