How to keep your Beer Battered Chips:

Your Beer Battered Chips will keep beautifully when refrigerated at less than 5C until the use by date on the sleeve that your Chips arrives in. Suitable for Home Freezing.

 

How to cook your Beer Battered Chips to perfection:

Pre-heat oven to 200C (fan 180C), gas mark 6, remove all packaging and place your Chips on a preheated baking tray and cook for:

  • 20 to 25 minutes from chilled 
  • 30 to 35 minutes from frozen 
Turn half way through cooking for a crispier chip.  Check food is piping hot before serving. Cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only.
